3. Products & Services

Backstep Merch offers:

• Ready-to-ship retail merchandise
• Custom patches
• Bulk sticker production
• Specialty production services

All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated in a written quote.

For custom and bulk orders:

• Production begins only after artwork approval and full payment
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom production orders are final once:

• Artwork is approved
• Payment is received

Backstep Merch is not responsible for spelling errors, design errors, color selections, or layout choices approved by the customer.

Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, designs, text, and images — is the property of Backstep Merch and may not be reproduced without written permission.

By submitting artwork for custom production, you confirm that:

• You own or have legal permission to use all submitted designs
• You are not violating any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

Backstep Merch reserves the right to refuse production of any design.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and production estimates are provided as guidelines only.

Backstep Merch is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

Backstep Merch shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Production delays caused by third parties
• Improper use or installation of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Backstep Merch directly at backstepmerch@gmail.com to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Backstep Merch operates.
